How much does Slingshot cost?
You can get up to 10 hours of Internet access for $9.95. You'll get 600
minutes using a local access number or 200 minutes using the toll free
number. Look for more exciting products soon!

How do I know how many minutes I have left?
When you insert the CD, a screen will appear that will tell you how many
minutes you have left. In the bottom right-hand corner there will be a
clock icon that will change from green to yellow when you have 30 minutes
or less and then from yellow to red when you have 15 minutes or less.
You can also move your cursor over the clock and a screen will appear
that will tell you how many minutes you have left.

How can I get more minutes?
When you have 15 minutes remaining, you will automatically be asked if
you would like to purchase more minutes online. You may also purchase
an additional CD to add to your minutes. For heavy users, we have a "monthly
unlimited service" available for you to upgrade to.

How do I find a local access number?
Slingshot offers both toll-free and local access. If you choose a local
number, you receive triple minutes. To find a local number in your area,
click on Find Access Numbers.
If you decide to use a local access number, you will receive triple minutes.
Remember, though, that you are responsible for checking with your phone
company to ensure that you will not be charged for long-distance service.

Where can I use Slingshot?
With your CD and a telephone line, you can access the Internet from anywhere,
anytime. Just be sure you have the Access Code from the inside of your
CD package, or on the receipt from the store you bought your CD from.
